To those R-AMA members who are studying for the USMLE and have no income. Please, send us an e-mail with a request for a waiver of your annual membership fee. We do not know how much money people make, so we cannot waive it for you, if you did not ask.
    Respectfully,
    Boris

A question: what fee should we set for the retired members? It looks like we are going to have more members in this category.
      Respectfully,
      Boris

Can we pay fees over the Internet with Credit card? Or just by sending a check?

Yes, it is practically done. It will be done with VeriSign.

We activated the on-line payment system. It will be located on the front page in the section Members. Now each member can use Master Card or Visa credit cards for payments. For those members who did not pay their 2004 dues, you have 1 month left. Please, refer to the section Members - How to Join for membership fee schedule. Once again, if you have no income at the moment, your fee may be waived after you submit the request to the Board.

Payments for 2005 can be submitted starting in January.

Payment options for other events will be announced separately.
              Respectfully,
              Boris

                To all R-AMA members:

If you did not pay your membership fee for 2005, please, do so before September 1st. Membership fee schedule is located on the front page - Members - How To Join. This is important not only from the stand point of R-AMA having sufficient funds to work with, but even more importantly, for the stand point of IRS audit. All members have to pay dues, or have them waived, if they earn no income. All fees can now be paid on-line, as we promised.

If you have ANY questions, please, let us know.
                Respectfully,
                Boris

                  :!: :!: :!: To all R-AMA members:

If you did not pay your membership fee - please do so. The details are in the first post of this topic.
If you paid you fee on-line, please, let us know, so we can mark it in the database.
The fee is tax-deductible and it is waived for all retired members and members with no income.
                  Respectfully,
                  Boris

                    I just became a member of R-AMA.
Can I pay my membership fee via money order? If yes, is the adress for sending the money order the same as for check payments?
