    The Minnesota Department of Health and the Heart Disease & Stroke Prevention Unit has free health education materials on Know Your Numbers of a heart attack and stroke and Warning Signs of a heart attack and stroke. The Know Your Numbers handout talks about the healthy numbers your blood pressure and cholesterol should be at and what you can do to keep them that way. The Warning Signs handout describes the warning signs of a heart attack and stroke and what to look for.

    These materials are available in English, Russian, Bosnian, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese, and Korean.
